A House Made for Long Stays
Le Soyeureux is a 500 m² cottage-style villa typical of Spa, set in the calm Spa-Balmoral district within a fully fenced private park. You are directly in touch with the owner, and the stay includes energy and water costs.
Across six bedrooms, nine beds, four bathrooms, two kitchens, and two dining rooms, the house is made for shared stays that still feel spacious. Add an XL home cinema, pool table, fireplace, infrared sauna, wood-fired Nordic bath, terrace, barbecue, swing, and private parking, and the villa becomes a retreat in every season.
