Who is responsible

Le Soyeureux, 29 Avenue de la Corniche, 4900 Spa, Belgium, is responsible for the personal data used to manage villa inquiries and stays. Contact us at contact@villa-soyeureux.be.

What we collect and why

When you contact us or request a stay, we use your name, contact details, message, requested dates, guest count, and booking information to answer you, prepare an offer, manage a booking, provide the stay, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal duties.

Legal bases

We process data to take steps at your request and perform a booking contract, to comply with legal duties, and for our legitimate interests in securing and operating the property. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time.

Who receives data

Access is limited to the owner and service providers needed for hosting, email delivery, backups, property operations, and professional or legal support. We do not sell personal data. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area only with an appropriate legal safeguard.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are normally kept for up to 1 year, unanswered inquiries for up to 2 years, operational audit records for up to 1 year, and booking records for up to 5 years after the stay. Data may be retained longer where a legal obligation or dispute requires it, and deleted sooner where it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Contact us using the email above; we may need to verify your identity.

Security and cookies

We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. The owner area uses a strictly necessary session cookie for authentication and security. Embedded map content is provided by Google; loading it may share your IP address and browser information with Google and may use cookies under Google's own terms.
